About the job

The position is: Temporary employment of 26 hours per week during the summer of 2026. We would like you to have the opportunity for an introduction and extra work during the spring.

Start date:  As agreed

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most would probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers find what they need, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we can promise you will gain experiences – such as in sales and service – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do in the future.   • You want to learn new things and develop.
  • You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
  • You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
  • You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
  • It’s a plus if you have worked in retail or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
  • You take responsibility for your job, are punctual and reliable.
  • You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
  • You have the prerequisites and personal qualities that make you suitable to work with us. If you apply for the job, you will take a test that shows this.
